MLH Consular Consulting is based in the international city of Munich, Germany.  The firm focuses primarily in the area of US Immigration and Nationality Law, but also works together with a team of  local counsel and experts worldwide who can assist with compliance with local immigration regulations, immigration through investment, and filing applications for global work authorization.  In addition, the firm works closely with global wealth planning experts in the U.S. who can assist with expatriate tax issues, filing of U.S. tax returns and structuring complex global financial plans for investors or other individuals.


The founder and principal of MLH Consular Consulting, Magdale Labbe Henke, is a licensed U.S. attorney for seven years, as well as qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales. Ms. Henke has extensive experience in U.S. immigration law and international mobility issues.  She has experience handling complex immigration law matters and consular processing issues, and has counseled a variety of clients, including large pharmaceutical companies, smaller businesses,  and  individual clients on issues relating to business visas, investor visas and green cards, employment and family-based permanent residence petitions, citizenship or renunciation, and waiver applications.
